About the Speaker

Garth Meikle’s career reflects resilience, leadership, and lifelong growth. A native of Jamaica who immigrated to Boston in 1978, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves in 1987 and rose from Private (E1) to Chief Warrant Officer (CW2 USAR), completing advanced training through the Army Medical Department and earning his credentials as a Biomedical Equipment Technician.

Alongside two decades of military service, Garth built a distinguished HTM career with CE-Tech, progressing from Biomedical Equipment Technician to Field Service Manager while managing more than 200 biomedical service accounts. AAMI-certified (CBET, CHTM) and an experienced presenter at industry conferences, he is committed to professional excellence, mentorship, and continuous development within the healthcare technology community.
